Coach Log Note 1:
On 1/20/26, Will and I met on Zoom and introduced ourselves. He is a district instructional coach who mostly works with teachers to help improve classroom management and student behaviors. He has some classroom teaching experience at the beginning of his career in 1st grade and intermediate grades. Since then he has worked with foundations setting up schools internationally as well as worked for the Kaufman foundation and principal in a middle school in KC, Mo. He has a doctorate in Ed. Leadership. He will decide how he will partner with teachers to apply the practices of Structured literacy in this course.
