Coachee Note 1:
Jessica is currently a 3rd grade teacher at Cedar Creek in the Olathe school district. She started her educational journey in preK as a para and went back to school to obtain her Master’s from ESU. Her bachelor degree is in bible studies.
She would like to see her students transfer skills to writing.
Her ELA block consists of 30 minutes of phonics, 1 hour and 10 minutes of a reading block and 30 additional ELA MTSS mintutes. She is familiar with Fastbridge and PSI for diagnostics. She also mentioned she sometimes get confused with the language: at-risk, diagnostic and may need some clarifiying of the terms.
We have schedule our next two meeting times: 2/10 at 7:45 and 2/24 at 7:45.
