Coach Log Note 1:
Shea has been working with her whole class on Syntax or sentence level strategies for understanding how to write and enhance whole sentences.She has been following the lesson plans from Project Syntax and has found the students have really been engaged and are understanding how to build simple sentence and gradually extend them with adjectives and adverbs to the noun phrases and verb phrases. She wil also be pulling sentences from Wit and Wisdom to break apart and find the Who and the Do!
