On September 22, student is currently reading 29 wcpm on the Fastbridge cbm assessment.
Midpoint:
By November 3, educator will intervene with a student that has low fluency 4 days a week for 10 minutes on fluency strategies along with retelling and questioning in order to increase his Fastbridge CBM scores 1.6 words per week to a score of 37 wcpm.
Target Goal:
By December 8, educator will intervene with a student that has low fluency 4 days a week for 10 minutes on fluency strategies along with retelling and questioning in order to increase his Fastbridge CBM scores 1.6 words per week to a score of 45 wcpm.
Notes
Today Whitney and I talked about her student that she has in a small group for fluency. He is doing well and has already met his 25% goal but she is going to do another monitoring by October 18. He seems to be doing well with the lesson plan she is using so I didn’t make any suggestions at this time. She is going to send me a video and lesson plan prior to next time so we can discuss at our next meeting. She also is going to do some progress monitoring with her students to see if she needs to add a couple others to this group.
We talked last time about using the retell option on Fastbridge and she is going to look into that more before next meeting.
