Coach Log Note 1:

Katy and I chatted about her caseload for next year and how she would be able to support different grade levels. We also talked about the course itself and what she thought was beneficial. She really liked the dyslexia simulation. She felt that many of the classroom teachers that she works with really understood some of the challenges of students with dyslexia much better after the simulation. Many of these teachers felt some of the frustration of not being able to focus and work at the same speed as the others in the group, not realizing that their students felt the same way.

She thought that face to face session was very valuable to taking the course.
