We started the meeting with joking about how we are just figuring out Zoom quicker and now we are done 🙂

Raegan reflected on the 21 day writing project and how she can see the growth in her higher and middle students but the lower student need more repetition. When they read their sentences outloud they don’t hear their mistakes because they write like they talk. Next year her entire second grade team is going to start the 21 day writing challenge earlier in the year. They are also going to add syntax and sentence structure activities to their daily ELA block to subsidize what is missing from Wit and Wisdom.
