1. Complete a deep assessment of student data to analyze grade level and subgroup performances.
Midpoint:
3. Provide professional development and support to ensure teachers’ competencies in use of evidence-based practices.
Target Goal:
By June 2027, I will effectively design and implement a professional development process that optimizes teachers’ instructional skills; specific strategies will be determined by completing and utilizing school-wide data on literacy development across grades and student subgroups and through collaborative decision-making with teachers. Students with show a minimum of 10% growth in literacy development as measured through district and school-based assessments.
Notes
Ryan shared that he has completed all course requirements. We detailed the elements of his instructional goal for this coming year and talked about ways he might develop action plans for each step. This is our final meeting. I will miss our reflective conversations!
