Coach Log Note 1:
Coursework- Gathering all assignments and modules. Need to talk to the teacher who taught the lesson for observations. Concern that she can only observe during her specials time and there are only 2 teachers available to observe.
Take aways from observations- Kids were engaged in lesson about silent e. They write on white boards with lots of examples. She got several ideas on classroom management and is loving peer observations.
