Goals

By the end of the year Andrea will meet with building administrator to present data findings and report success of using the UFLI curriculum with struggling students in order to advocate and offer coaching support for further implementation of the resource in our building or at the district level.

Coach Log Note 1:

Andrea achieved very positive outcomes related to her goal. Both students demonstrated measurable growth as a result of their intervention time with her. One student advanced by one level, showing progress in understanding key concepts, though he continues to need support with application and retention. Andrea has gathered strong documentation that will support continued advocacy for services; the student will be evaluated and is now on track to receive ongoing intervention support.

The second student made significant progress, advancing three levels. In addition to academic gains, this student showed improvements in attendance, reduced anxiety, and increased motivation and willingness to take risks in other content areas, including math.

Andrea is eager to share these results and continue advocating for the implementation of UFLI both within her building and at the district level.
