Will (a district instructional coach) is partnering with a literacy coach and a 3rd year second grade teacher at Tomahawk Elementary to help increase second grade reading scores. The teachers will assess the students using an adapted 3rd grade assessment to get a baseline score and then set a goal for the end of the year.

Coach Log Note 1:
Will sent fastbridge data as well as an example of a reading comprehension test befor we met. He really had little understanding of what the data meant or what he might make a decision in using the data. He had a meeting to attend after 15 minutes of our time. He said he would send a goal later in the week after getting more information from the second grade teacher. I haven’t received it yet.
