During a personal check-in, she shared that they had had sickness in their house all week. Carter was home and Evan had a bad stomach bug.
When asked about coursework, she said that she and her group were considering assignment options for the Application Task for Module 3.
I shared that our primary purpose today was to explore an area of inquiry for her goal and work. I shared that it didn’t have to be her most puzzling student that she had told me about last time, but that’s who she wants to work with!
Nathalie is being put up for SIT. Amber has been taking data from Fastbridge weekly. Nathalie struggles with blending the sounds (Skill 2 on the PSI). She thinks that by May, she can get her to Skill 4 (digraphs). She has plans for weekly progress monitoring.
She will look in Module 5 for additional info/strategies and will also seek out ideas from the Title I teacher.
