Rayvin is still working to complete his special education master’s degree comprehensive exams and behavioral analyst certificate.  Also, he is providing a professional development session for teachers in the Philippines tonight. Therefore, he has not made significant progress on module completion. He submitted Module 2 but has not started Module 3.  He has not developed a student goal at this time. We discussed the need to formulate a goal. He is working on reading comprehension (summarization) skill development in one class. We also discussed his student, Emilio, and his decoding skills that are current at the 4th percentile. Student motivation and behaviors at the secondary level are an issue in his school, but we discussed how he is using his ABA background to support learning, goal setting, and graphing of their own progress.
