Cassie has been working with Addie this year on her decoding deficits and is now focusing on the CVCe phonics pattern. She is hoping to itegrate more strategic methods within the UFLI curriculum to increase Addie's rate of learning.
Target Goal:
Addie will score 90% or above on level 5 of the PSI phonics survey.

Coach Log Note 1:
Cassie and I met on 2/6/26 and discussed her concern about a student, Addie, that needed to make more progress in decoding. As a 4th grade student she really wanted her to be able to accelerate her progress to be able to participate more fully in the classroom as well as build her cofidence in her personal reading. She will use the UFLI curriculum and add more intensive strategies and practices to ensure retention from day to day.
