Coach Log Note 1:
Stephanie was interested in help staring differentiated reading groups during her ELA block. She had a group of students who were “on the bubble” and had not had intervention this year. She felt she would like to focus on improving their comprehension during this small group time. I sent her some comprehension activities that focused on teaching main dea/ detail and summarizing as well as a rubric to monitor their growth. She will start the group this week meeting with them 3 days a week for 3o minutes using the Wit and Wisdom passages.
