Coach Log Note 1:
Katie, has 4 first graders that struggle with decoding and spelling CVC words. They have trouble blending the sounds together and remembering the word that the sounds made. We talked about working memory issues for some students and talked about using different blending strategies. I sent her a document that had 3 different blending routines to use with students that may have working memory problems. She will send a video of her teaching and we will discuss on 2/27/26.
